Are Lab Grown Diamonds fake?

No! Lab grown diamonds, unlike diamond simmulants like mossainite and cubic zircon, are real diamonds in every sense. The only difference between Mined and Lab Grown Diamonds is that one is dug out of the ground and the other is grown in a lab.

How are Lab grown Diamonds Made?

Lab Grown Diamonds have been around since the 1950’s its only until recently that the manufacturing processes are able to make gem quality diamonds commercially viable. There are two manufacturing processes to make LGDs: High Pressure High Temprature (HPHT) method and the Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) method - the latter being the more novel method. The CVD method replicates the conditions deep within the earth’s mantle to make diamonds. In both methods, a thin slice of a diamond crystal called “seed” is used. The seed then grows atom by atom to produce a full diamond rough.

Can someone tell the difference between LGDs and mined diamonds?

Simple answer - no. Because Lab Grown Diamonds and Mined diamonds are identical, it is impossible to tell the difference visually. Even a seasoned jeweller with a loupe cannot tell the differnce. Only the labs with specialied equipment are able to identify lab grown diamonds from mined diamonds.

Can I exchange my jewellery?

Yes! You can exchange jewellery purchased prior from A.N. Jain for something new. You get 100% exchange value, given that all documentations are intact and there is no damage to the jewellery being exchanged.

How long will it take to get my jewellery once I have ordered it?

Every jewellery is made to order. Although we aim to deliver your jewellery as soon as possible, we are committing to a 2 - 3 week delivery window from the day you place our order. There is a high chance that you may receive your order well within the stipulated time frame.

I don’t like my jewellery, can I return it?

At A.N. JAIN we try to make every piece special in the hopes that you love your purchase. But, in any unfovourable situation, we do offer a return policy. You can return your jewellery within 3 days of purchase with no questions asked. This is contingent to the jewellery being returned without damage, with an unworn condition, with original and undamaged packaging and documentation.
